The Challenge: To brand Turnberry Developers, and more specifically, the Soffer family, as the pioneers in luxury condo living on the Strip of Las Vegas, and all future markets, including Miami, Houston, Washington, and the Bahamas.

The Strategy: Strategy was to create overall messaging and campaigns that would make it easy to identify all Turnberry residences as the most exclusive address in town.

The Results: Turnberry condominiums that were built on the Las Vegas Strip sold before groundbreaking and completion of the residences, eventually leading to “Turnberry living” expanding into 5 markets throughout the United States and the Bahamas.

This brochure was given to prospective buyers who visited sales center at MGM Grand Hotel sales office. It included floor plans, hotel guide and amenities.

This was a follow-up print campaign — with the success of the project, 38-story towers consisting of 576 fully furnished units, a newspaper and print campaign ran in several key markets to create a last- chance opportunity to own one of these second homes.

“The ultimate home on earth, is on water.” The strategy was to appeal to world travelers who were looking for something not found in typical vacation home communities. Agency combined the luxury and amenities of the apartment with the adventure of a world itinerary.
