Mena Travel Advisors has been in business for over 50 years and has an amazing reputation with their very loyal client base. One of the first things you’ll notice when talking to them is that they truly live the brand. The running joke is that when you’re done having a meeting or phone conversation with Mena, you’re ready to go on vacation! They just can’t help but exude their brand promise. Unfortunately, their excellence in vacation planning was not matched by their skill at planning their digital strategy.
After a full website rebuild from the ground up, we implemented a digital strategy that took their essence online. Compiling all helpful tidbits of information and their wealth of knowledge, we put together a social media/digital strategy that coupled this along with Mena’s very robust travel packages. In no time, their online audience had grown and was getting the “Mena spark” that their core audience was already experiencing IRL (in real life).
